Delivery Process

After you place your order from our store, we will begin to confirm your identity and arrange delivery immediately.

Confirmation: In order to avoid online frauds, we need to verify your identity before delivery, both system and manual. We may contact you via the telephone (either telephone you provide to us or on Paypal account) to verify your ownership of the payment.

Delivery Method: We will arrange delivery as soon as we can once confirmation is done. This means mailing to you ingame or exposing data, meeting your character ingame via e-mail. If you choose online delivery, while you’re offline at the time of delivery, we shall contact you and ask to arrange another time for in-game delivery.
